Privacy- en gegevensbeschermingsbeleid - NovoX (NovoX)

Welkom bij NovoX. Wij nemen de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens en uw privacy zeer serieus. Dit document (het “Privacybeleid”) legt uit hoe wij uw persoonsgegevens verzamelen, verwerken, bewaren en doorgeven in overeenstemming met de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming van de EU (AVG) en internationale normen.
1. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en contactgegevens
De verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor uw persoonsgegevens in de zin van artikel 4, punt 7, AVG is NovoX:

2. Fundamentele beginselen van gegevensverwerking bij NovoX
Wij voeren alle verwerkingsactiviteiten uit overeenkomstig artikel 5 AVG en de volgende beginselen:
- Rechtmatigheid, behoorlijkheid en transparantie: Een eerlijke en volledig transparante verwerking op basis van een bepaalde rechtsgrond.
- Doelbinding: Gegevens worden uitsluitend verzameld voor welbepaalde, uitdrukkelijk omschreven en gerechtvaardigde doeleinden.
- Dataminimalisatie: Gegevens worden alleen verzameld voor zover dat noodzakelijk is voor de relevante doeleinden.
- Juistheid: Informatie wordt actueel gehouden en onjuiste gegevens worden onverwijld gecorrigeerd.
- Opslagbeperking: Gegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk.
- Integriteit en vertrouwelijkheid: De veiligheid wordt gewaarborgd, waaronder bescherming tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, bekendmaking en vernietiging.
3. Soorten verzamelde gegevens
a) Door de gebruiker verstrekte informatie
- Identiteits- en contactgegevens: Voor- en achternaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en naam van de organisatie of het bedrijf.
- Berichten en correspondentie: Berichten via contactformulieren, demo-aanvragen en verzoeken om projectadvies.
- Accountgegevens: Gebruikersnaam, versleuteld wachtwoord en voorkeuren.
b) Automatisch verzamelde informatie
- Technische en apparaatgegevens: IP-adres, browsertype en -versie, besturingssysteem en unieke apparaat-ID.
- Analyse- en verkeersgegevens: Bezochte pagina’s, verblijfsduur op de website en aangeklikte links.
- Cookies: Technische cookies die noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van het platform.
4. Rechtsgrond voor verwerking op grond van artikel 6 AVG
In de onderstaande tabel staan de gegevenscategorieën, verwerkingsdoeleinden en rechtsgronden op grond van artikel 6 AVG:

5. Bewaartermijn van gegevens
NovoX bewaart uw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend zolang dat nodig is voor de doeleinden die in dit beleid worden beschreven:
- Gegevens van actieve klanten: During the service period and for a maximum of 5 years after contract termination to meet legal obligations.
- Verzoeken om advies en contact: For a maximum of 12 months after the user’s last interaction.
- Beveiligingslogboeken van de server: For a maximum of 90 working days, after which they are overwritten or permanently deleted.
- Gegevens waarvoor toestemming is ingetrokken: Deleted or anonymised within a maximum of 30 working days of the request.
6. Gegevens delen en internationale doorgiften
Wij verkopen of verhuren uw persoonsgegevens nooit aan derden. Gegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld in de volgende omstandigheden:
- Cloud- en infrastructuurdienstverleners: Secure servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Wettelijke verplichtingen: Where a valid judicial order is issued by a competent legal authority.
- Interne vertrouwelijkheid: Access is strictly limited to authorised personnel under the direct supervision of NovoX.
7. Rechten van betrokkenen op grond van de AVG
Op grond van hoofdstuk III AVG beschikt u over de volgende rechten:
- Right of access (Article 15): To receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification (Article 16): To request correction without delay of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (Article 17): To request complete deletion of personal data where there is no legal obligation to retain it.
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18): To request temporary suspension of processing in specified circumstances.
- Right to data portability (Article 20): To receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Article 21): To object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent: To withdraw previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Alle dergelijke verzoeken worden kosteloos behandeld binnen maximaal 30 kalenderdagen.
8. Technische en organisatorische beveiligingsmaatregelen
NovoX heeft de volgende maatregelen ingevoerd om datalekken te voorkomen:
- Use of advanced TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) for all system and administrative access.
- Periodic security assessments, penetration tests and continuous vulnerability monitoring.
- A procedure for promptly notifying the supervisory authority of a data breach within a maximum of 72 hours under Article 33 GDPR.
9. Wijzigingen in het Privacybeleid
Wij kunnen dit Privacybeleid bijwerken wanneer wetgeving verandert of de diensten van NovoX zich ontwikkelen. Materiële wijzigingen worden via een bericht op de website of per e-mail meegedeeld. Als u de diensten na de ingangsdatum blijft gebruiken, aanvaardt u de nieuwe versie.
