Ownership of the project works and deliverables is determined in accordance with the arrangements set out in the project agreement. Until such time as rights are formally transferred under that agreement, all rights remain with NovoX.

4. Third-Party and Open-Source Software

Where third-party or open-source components are used, the applicable licence terms remain in full force and effect, and these Terms of Use do not override them.

5. Privacy

The way your personal data is processed is described in the separate "Privacy Policy", available at Privacy Policy.

6. Liability and Limitation of Liability

We stand behind the quality of our services. If a proven error originates from our systems, we are committed to investigating it and putting it right. Where damage to the client results from our direct fault, our maximum financial liability is limited to the cap on the amount stated in the relevant contract or agreement. We always strive to resolve any defects quickly and to ensure your complete satisfaction.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The law governing these Terms of Use, and the competent forum for any disputes arising from them, are exactly the jurisdiction and region designated and agreed in your specific contract; all claims will be handled in that venue.
